Sarah spent 14 years at Google, leading teams within the Learning and Leadership Development space, including as the Global Head of Executive Development Programs. These days she spends her time thinking about how to make work wonderful at Murmur, a startup that helps teams collaboratively and inclusively create policies, processes and work agreements to clarify their ways of working. Sarah also runs her own leadership and career coaching business, Third Coast Coaching, and has been coaching and facilitating on a variety of topics for more than a decade. She is particularly passionate about leadership, wellbeing, and complex systems.
