Rebecca Grandy, MBA, PHR is a strategic People and Talent executive with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations scale growth, strengthen leadership, and build high-performing cultures. She has partnered with CEOs and executive leadership teams across Fortune 500 and global organizations to align talent and workforce strategies with business objectives, drive organizational transformation, and develop leadership capability.

Most recently, Rebecca serves as Head of Human Resources & Global Learning Growth Initiatives at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she leads enterprise initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, and culture transformation. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale organizational redesign efforts, implemented scalable people strategies, improved employee engagement, and delivered measurable business results through workforce optimization and operational excellence.

Prior to IHG, Rebecca held senior leadership roles with Assurant, ADP, Insight Global, Coca-Cola Refreshments, and Allstate Insurance Company, where she developed deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, executive coaching, employee engagement, and change leadership.

Known as a trusted executive advisor and collaborative business partner, Rebecca is recognized for building strong leadership teams, creating people-first cultures, and translating talent strategies into meaningful business outcomes. She has a proven track record of helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change while fostering environments where employees and businesses thrive.

Outside of her professional career, Rebecca is the proud mother of a daughter who is currently a senior in high school. An accomplished student leader and athlete, her daughter serves as Student Body President while balancing competitive soccer, basketball, and flag football and navigating the college application process. Rebecca enjoys supporting her daughter's academic and athletic pursuits and values the lessons of leadership, resilience, and teamwork they share together.

In her personal time, Rebecca enjoys strength training, Pilates, tennis, travel, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is passionate about personal growth, wellness, leadership development, and creating meaningful connections both professionally and personally.
