The Human Advantage: A CHRO Conversation on Leading Talent Through the AI Shift

AI has moved from the CHRO's watchlist to the CHRO's job description. Boards want an AI workforce strategy. Employees want honesty about what changes. Candidates are already using AI, whether your hiring process is ready or not. And every talent leader is being asked the same question: what's your plan?

Join Meghna Punhani, Chief People Officer of Eightfold AI, and Bonnie Dowler, Chief People Officer of The Groove, for a candid leader-to-leader conversation about navigating this moment. This isn't a session led by technology evangelists; it's a conversation between operators accountable for real workforces.

They'll compare notes on where AI is genuinely changing talent acquisition and talent management, where the hype outruns the reality, and how they're balancing speed of adoption with employee trust, fairness, and candidate experience. Expect an honest discussion of what they've gotten right, what they'd do differently, and the decisions every people leader will face in the next 12 months.

You'll leave with a clearer view of how CHROs are separating durable change from noise, practical guardrails for bringing AI into hiring without eroding trust, and the questions to pressure-test your own talent strategy against.
